We’ve heard it before... offense wins games but defense wins championships...
Well, I think that trend is flipped. Just a theory, but I think our problem is that Pruitt is too defensive minded and thinks you can win with your defense. After the firing of a DL coach, this proves that he’s willing to make a quick change to defense than the offense. So now his mind to the offense is “I trust you guys to figure it out”- to Chaney, Tee, Weinke, Graham, etc... I think the offense players feel a disconnect to other players. And it gets dirty in the locker room. Who knows if the offensive coaches are on the same page?
