That is the issue with hiring an inexperienced head coach for a team that needed a big rebuilding project. Maybe a green head coach can tread water while learning on the fly at a stable, good program but it is almost impossibly hard for a first time head coach to grow into their role while also needing to drastically improve the team in the meantime.It bothers me the coaching needs as much improvement as the players
There is a lot to criticize but I saw a lot of emotion from him. In the first game, I think this criticism was justified. He was extremely animated from what I saw all game. This doesn't mean he's doing a good job or coaching well but what you are saying doesn't come from someone who was watching him.I just don’t think he wants to be here. I don't think he had a clue what he was getting into here, he just saw the $. His lack of emotion/lackadaisical attitude is hard to take
