This team needs a head coach. A leader. Pruitt absolutely cannot be the DC and head coach of this team at the same time. This team among other things is a disorganized train wreck. What have they been doing in practice? Memo to Pruitt: You see where it got Kiffin at USC. You hired a DC. Let him serve as the DC. Also, wipe the deer in the headlights look off your face. This is your team and you are letting down your players and the state by this halfazz job you are doing. This team has not been ready to play for 4 straight games. It's on you.

There are some experienced guys who are prepared to call plays while being HC, but it is rare that it works. In our case, with JP tying to learn how to be a HC on the job, it is becoming clear tha he needs to give up th DC role and just be the HC. Focus on learning it. There is a LOT that goes into it that he doesn’t yet have down.

Pruitt just needs to stop calling plays where TN fumbles or gives the ball away to the other team. That and the plays where the O-Lineman allow players to run by them offense, and the ones where the D-Line plays patty-cake on Defense.
