@JustinVol since you need the education of how this works with a real football program and University. If a player has a court date usually calls compliance, compliance makes sure the coach and player know. In many cases the AD has an attorney who will go on behalf of the player and get it squared away while the school usually pays the bond or ticket. In no instance for a traffic citation do you get an arrest warrant before a phine call is made to someone in the ADs office or compliance is called. This is the NEW Knoxville in which UT football is not respected or valued anymore.

So the new information was a threat against a female student.

A threat that the University learned about... Over a month ago. What?

Isn't it strange how some people can watch police video, and make startling accurate predictions of past and future behavior, extrapolation if you will. Others can watch the same behavior, and are unable to extrapolate or predict past/future behavior. I guess that comes from living in the real world, or living in Mom's basement. It should come as zero surprise to those living in the real world, what kind of person banks is/was after watching the arrest videos. When Banks bragged about "Thuggin", that says it all.
