Pruitt can get it done

On the Defensive side of the ball.... anyone who denies this knows very little....

But his assistants are not getting it done.
Since we are stuck with him for at least 1-2 more years, then his staff will have to be rearranged..

Theses are the Coaches who need to go:

1. OC
2. QB
3. OL
4. Need new DL coach
5. Need another DB coach imo

If we get a good OC, then they can coach QB too...
So we will need 5 new coaches to improve this staff.

Chaney to me is a bad play caller with little variety or imagination....this offensive staff is truly offensive..

It feels like there is major dissension in the ranks..I wouldn’t be surprised to see a mass exodus of coaches after this year, as they may perceive Pruitt as a dead man walking....

I still think Pruitt deserves 1-2 more years if he can get a much better staff together, especially hiring a top innovative OC.

What? Pruitt might be a good DC but as a HC he just plain sucks.

Please explain to me how a DB coach, defensive guru has so much trouble defending 1 pass pattern, and then when he finally do so succeed, they change???

Well we are stuck with Pruitt so it’s not like he can get fired... however the offense is beyond bad...

So if he got some better offensive coaches that would go a long way... but he has to hire them...

Do you think good OC and position coaches will come with a coach in year 3 that has to fire other position coaches?
It might be a hard sell.

Doesn’t matter OP. He’ll be here for a few more years until he fizzles out in year 5 or 6.

Pruitt is an abrasive di-k that has reputation for being difficult to get along with and being stubborn. He is a dead man walking. He micromanages people. What competent assistant in their right mind would leave their current job and come here?

I think this is tge problem... way too many good coaches have already come and gone... after all
Of this Pruitt will prob just go back to being a DC...

It's why we are stuck with guys like Friend and Weinke and we have to hire coordinators with no P5 experience. It's why we have to hire assistants with no P5 experience like Felton and Osovet. He has a reputation for being extremely difficult to get along with. Mark Richt and Jimbo Fisher couldnt stand him.
