Regardless of the outcome, I'm proud of our boys. They played their butts off. They proved to me, a "sky is always falling" guy, that we are on par with the elite teams. Yes. We lost. But after the last several years of getting abused by GA, we punched them in the mouth for 4 quarters. One missed field goal from a win. No moral victory, but we measured ourselves against the benchmark and came up even. We didn't get out coached. We didn't get out played. The ball just didn't bounce our way tonight.

And can we just say the JA is a boss? He was putting on a clinic tonight. Our secondary is still our weak link.

Yes I am proud of our team too. Not proud of our defense. Our linebackers and our cbs too. Thanks for showing up but making no plays. It was expected. Thank u linebackers, dBs and yes Banks for coaching as u always do against Georgia. Can't come up with something for a win ever except for 1 game against bama which was not a defensive win. Starting to feel like Banks is the weak link but successful because PLAYERS want to play for Knoxville and not YOU. But thank u for what u have done. Time to move on.

We have a FAR better offense than I thought we would when we swapped JA in. He is doing very well in CJH's system and it shows.

Now we just need to get our corners healthy enough so that our defense can actually keep people from scoring.

I saw some great things but unfortunately all that matters is the final score and season record. You can't be on par while all the best teams are on birdie or eagle.

We choked it away. A loss is a loss. Missed a golden opportunity.
You're one of the guys who thought we were a 7-5/ 8-4 teams this offseason. If you guys are going to give up on the team after this loss, then it'd be nice for yall to just find another team. Start cheering for Ohio state or something if you can't appreciate the vols for who they are

Literally a first round all American Cornerback, another future NFL cornerback, our space eating DT, and our 3rd best DT. Those are two of the most important positions on the football field and even without them, we were a shanked field goal away from winning.
