I've been watching a lot of streaming of this game over the last few days as apparently it's been leaked in certain regions and Im afraid it's going to be a lot of what I don't like about Gran Turismo and other "driving" simulators. I saw a LOT of races where the driving was completely solitary, as in there were no opponents anywhere near the player. That's precisely what I DON'T want to go back to after experiencing the tense racing of Driveclub.

I recommend Ridge Racer and Super Mario Kart. They would be right up your alley.

So far it's okay, but I've only played for like 20 minutes. I regret starting with karts. Karts are terrible in every game.

Reading about getting the settings right for the xb1 controller. Hopefully this will make life better.

I've only played for about 35-40 minutes, but I like what I've seen so far. I'm definitely going to need a bit of practice though.

Go to the project cars forums and try out some of the controller settings if you are using one.

most reviews i have read says this game is made more for a wheel. i may have to pass on this one...

I guess I should have learned my lesson from playing Gran Turismo all these years that I should never drive karts.

Anyone here still playing this? A new Game of the Year Edition released this week with all DLC and some new added content. I was thinking about picking it up. Just curious what are people's thoughts who still play it?
