No, keep Dormandy in there running the RPO. I'd love to see his useless butt flushed out of here with Butch. They are both trash.

I'd say get on here and voice your opinion more, but I see you have that covered. I sincerely hope you were a sunshine pumper, this must have just torn you up. I love it.

No, I have wanted butch gone for quite a while. Ripping kids and calling them trash is about as low rent as it gets. Rip the coaches who make the money, not the kids.

I think both of the QBs would look better in a different system. They are being asked to execute a layered west coast from a 4 vertical. The scheme on the running game is horrid , so the passing game is under alot of pressure due to the weaknesses in the running game. The offensive line would look alot better in a different scheme

This passing scheme would be tough for any QB.

I just feel like they are trying to do too much. Sometimes the simpler the better

We need get rid of this spread option poop and move back to big boy football, Pro style!!
I am all for it.....as i said in another thread...i dont see either of these qbs as dual threats....i see no other option that we have than to change....no deep threat equals no running game....defensive coordinators will shut us down

Almost every NFL team runs a hybrid offense now, no reason we can't do that, Butch just won't. How long have we been hearing..."we'll be going under center more." LMAO

No one wants to be Arkansas.

No I just want to win,I could care less how we do it. This isn't a glamour show. You don't have to be all spread or all I formation, but you have to be tough at the LOS in the SEC. Chip Kelly or Les Miles, it doesn't matter the style. The one big draw back to these spread teams is many lose their physical toughness and the ability to get the tough yards. The Bama's and Clemsons get the tough yards and have great defenses. Can the Chip Kelly's and Leach's of the world coach championship offense and defense, if they cannot do the latter it doesn't matter. GBO!

How many pro style teams you seen in the playoffs?

Tennessee just needs Chip to run his version.

The key is the teams in the playoffs can run the dadgum ball and will hit you hard and tackle you right and win the LOS. That's the bottom line in the SEC, all the top teams can RUN the ball and they can tackle properly and play good sound football. Their defenses dictate the tempo, not the other way around. The end up with a lot of points but it is predicated on the DEFENSE!

According to butch we run a pro style. That's what he told a reporter after the game when asked if dormady is athletic enormously tonrun the read option. This guy is just making a fool out of himself

Doesn't really matter does it...what system we run? I really like Butch the person, and appreciate his passion and integrity, but 50/50 on him being fired Monday. If he's not fired right now, it's just a matter of time. Nothing against QD, appreciate the effort, but you've had your chance...you're now 3rd string. JG takes reins, and if he can't complete a hand off...or a QB keep for God's sake, let the other QB have a shot. Audition for the next coach. Shoop or Hoke step up as interim.

YEP

I was just showing the "pro style" is not the answer. Tennessee only needs to shore up (or just have) running D, and pass better from the reads.

The O is basically what most of the great teams are using......Tennessee just needs to do it better.....via a new COACH.

Yeah who would want a coach whose offense put up 450 yards on the 2010 Auburn Tigers. Or one that put up 621 yards on Wisconsin.

Several people saying crap like this, but I have seen no one with any real reasons as to why.....or any proof as to why Chip would not be good.
