It adds to the fan experience, which in turn is another recruiting tool. Also, if you win the big games it adds to the atmosphere. It's not necessarily an advantage because some other stadiums have them as well, but not having them can be a disadvantage.So........is this some kind of SEC requirement that all stadiums have lighting effects?
Its because the regular stadium lights are turned off in the video and picture. With the stadium lights on, its not nearly as noticeable. I dont hate the new lights, but they obviously are a knock-off version of what Bama and UGA did.I hope it does look like that, for the first night game they didn't really do anything. Maybe they just hadn't fully had the lighting package installed/ worked out, but that does look cool.
