I've seen this pic at least 500 times already and still don't find it that funny. Is it hilarious and I'm losing my mind or is it mildly funny and just keeps popping up because its UT related?

VT retained longtime DC Bud Foster so their defense will be schematically good . Execution remains to be seen and then it breaks down to the match-ups.

Don't think they're shooting for belly laughs. More of a badazz cool factor IMO.

Frankly, Tech's defense hasn't been very impressive recently. And they lost most of their real weapons.

I really think it will be a beat down. A lot of pride on the line for both schools though so anything is possible.

Actually the Bud Foster commitment to crowding the box may make Dobbs passing game a factor.

Foster Ds fare very poorly versus dual threat QBs. If we get the ball outside (we will) they'll look like they're chasing stock cars.

I am not an expert on Va Tech or their defenses but they did beat a dual threat QB and a national championship ohio state team two years ago........

Here is OSU'S QB Barret's stats from that game.
He was 9-of-29 for 219 yards and a touchdown with three interceptions. He led all rushers with 70 yards on 24 carries.

Obviously, I want to win but I am not sure that I would call it a blow out on paper. Bud Foster had good defenses at some point so I will not write him off just yet.

GO VOLS!
