With a dead glare in his eyes coach O said " hard work,hard work, we will not be outworked. Your gonna have to get up early and go to bed late." I realize that changing the direction of a declining program in recent years is not an overnight process, but after hearing this mentality from both coach O and CLK how big of an improvement do you think we will see on the field next year. What are the possibility's guys...?

It's nice to see a new attitiude in Knoxville. No more "ow shucks" we played hard stuff from Fulmer. I think players are the reflection of the head coach. If they don't work, they won't play.

To be honest, our defense should still be solid next year. What none of us has any clue about is how CLK will tune-up our horrible offense. If he goes by the Nick Saban method of recruiting great players and playing them immediately we could see a really large turn around in year two. If this group of coaches cannot evaluate and recruit talent immediately it will probably be difficult to catch up to the rest of the SEC elite teams.

I would absolutely LOVE to sit down and just talk football with Monte for hours...

Could you imagine the stories he could tell? The man is literally a living legend.

Since we are throwing around some cash anyway, maybe we could rent the Ole Miss offense for next year while we rebuild ours.

I think our offense will be improved just by not trying to do that Clawfense. We have athlete's and playmakers. Poor execution and questionable play calling killed us this year.
