Press conference

Watching CJH press conference is excruciating.
He didn’t really answer a question and he kept chomping on that gum. I’d like to see him throw something and apologize for the crap we saw on the field tonight.

He had to get to the bank to deposit the $800,000 dollars he was paid of that garbage.

I just watched his press conference for the second time. "Extremely disappointed " .
"Small details" " Couldn't get off the inside block" " Results didn't meet the standards we set at Tennessee "
I couldn't tell if he was fighting anger and trying not to look Gundyish in public or if he truly believed we fans will swallow this total bs.
I would like to believe he will actually go off in the locker room and film review sessions. Hold individuals accountable for lack of effort and terrible execution.
It is easy to focus on Banks defense and call for a new DC. I am much more concerned with the terrible state of our offense. That is supposed to be Josh's wheelhouse and the team looks lost there.

I wish Heupel would raise hell a little on the field. On the drive in which Vanderbilt went ahead for the final time, Vanderbilt converted a first down after the play clock expired. Kirby Smart would have been on the field telling the officials how to do their jobs..

I saw that too and was shocked Heupel sat there like a bored to death walrus. It’s shameful the Ref’s didn’t see it.

Big league Chew
Do you think if 1,000 or so fans all ordered a single case of Big League Chew and had it shipped to Heupel's office... ya think he would get the message?

9mil a year, right? I hope we put a dress code in the contract for the next coach... but... do one better and hire a coach for whom you don't HAVE to write in a dress code.

It does bother me that he appears to show no respect to the fanbase that pays his salary in press conferences... doesn't even pretend to care or be bothered.

IF he has some things going on, I hope he heals up. - hoping good things for him, at the same time... the AD, administration, and fans ought to at least make an effort to effect some accountability for the funds that have been offered up on the altar for oblong sports-ball entertainments.
