President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

Autism was first described in 1911, acetaminophen wasn’t available as an OTC drug until 1960 after being first introduced in 1955. Risk for autism can be found in your genome. Please do not subscribe to garbage like this just because of who’s saying it.

It's almost a certainty that Isaac Newton was autistic. He had intense focus, he notoriously didn't get along with peers....he was a member of parliament and the only words he EVER said on record were a request to close a window due to a cold draft.

We just didn't know how to diagnose it.

But Tylenol could still be a risk factor, even if autism predates it.

It's truly shocking that the technology used for a solar power project that started in 2010, is outdated in 2025; just shocking.

Its not outdated, it never made sense on day 1. Huge losses. Energy projects are generally 30-60 year investments, this was huge negative return over 15 years.

For the most part solar is a loser but sometimes it might be the only real choice, wind is the loser of the losers.

FDA article on is garbage- OHvol40

Liberal logic when Trump is right again.

Not really. PG&E thought they had enough thermal energy storage for the project, so they didn't build any additional thermal storage for the project, and their attempt to use water for thermal transfer in the existing thermal storage was a huge mistake on their part, given that it can't transfer heat at temperatures high enough to maintain efficiency.

He was an ahole..thats all.

Yes. He can. And yes they can.

I suspect you should prepare yourself for a big "Evidence against Trump" nothing burger. It's become pretty clear that this was a concerted coup fueled by lies and false "evidence".

Ok.

But when Trump or his sons minimize Russian meddling, be prepared for the next Dem DOJ to indict them for perjury. And to fire any Assistant US Attorney who refuses to do so.

What's good for the goose ....

2.2 billion wasted

  • Underperformance:
Ivanpah generated significantly less energy than projected in its first year and never reached full capacity.

  • High Costs:
The cost of operating the plant became uncompetitive, costing more to generate power than conventional or other solar methods

So it's not actually about James committing "mortgage fraud", but rather about retribution for pursuing cases against Trump. That should hold up well at trial.

Everything Trump does, EVERYTHING, is to either benefit his or his families bank account, or get revenge on people who hurt his feelings. Trump's the biggest p#ssy snowflake to ever set foot in the White House. The addled smooth brains lap him up like Larry Craig tap dancing in an airport bathroom...

And then there’s the updated FDA. Trump was right again.

This is what I found. SIAP. The concern wrt Tylenol stems from it depletion of glutathione needed for mitochondrial and cellular function and development. The depletion of glutathione suggests it could be playing a role in the increased cases of autism. @kiddiedoc @NurseGoodVol..what is your take on this info?

Tylenol (
acetaminophen) can deplete glutathione in the body, particularly mitochondrialand intracellular stores, and also inhibit glutathione reductase, an enzyme essential for glutathione recycling. This depletion and inhibition contribute to oxidative stress and can be part of the mechanism behind acetaminophen-induced toxicity, especially during overdose.
Mechanism of Glutathione Depletion

  1. Reactive Metabolite Formation: Acetaminophen is metabolized in the liver to a reactive metabolite called NAPQI.
  2. Glutathione Conjugation: Glutathione is a key antioxidant that neutralizes toxic substances by forming conjugates. The reactive NAPQI metabolite can bind with glutathione, using it up.
  3. Depletion of Stores: With a high dose of acetaminophen or an overdose, the amount of NAPQI produced can overwhelm the body's glutathione stores, leading to significant depletion.
  4. Inhibition of Glutathione Reductase: Research suggests that acetaminophen can inhibit glutathione reductase, an enzyme that regenerates glutathione from its oxidized form. This further impairs the body's ability to maintain adequate glutathione levels.
Consequences of Glutathione Depletion

  • Increased Oxidative Stress: With reduced glutathione, the body's ability to fight oxidative stress decreases, which can lead to cellular damage.
  • Hepatotoxicity (Liver Toxicity): In the liver, glutathione plays a crucial role in detoxification. Depletion can lead to liver cell damage.
  • Impact on Other Organs: Glutathione depletion has also been observed in other tissues, including the lungs and brain, suggesting a broader systemic impact.
^^^This last sentence is interesting, but sounds like there would have to be over use of Tylenol well beyond the prescribed amount to have such an impact, but that’s me just spitballing.

It's going to be interesting to watch Lindsey Halligan go up against Abbe Lowell in Federal Court. By 'interesting' I mean funny, but expensive for us as tax payers.
