hugely. no child left behind made sure that pretty much every child was left behind.Sounds like an indictment of our education system.
When I think of 'bailouts', i don't typically think of loans to other countries. I think of free money or propping a private company which made poor decisions.
I am an interesting person. That's an interesting delineation opinion to hold, but I'm not sure that the end result is any different whether the feds are propping up a business that has failed because of poor economic decisions, or propping up the government of a foreign country that has failed because of poor economic decisions.
Trump caused it. USAID bought US grain no more. Trump tariffs ended exports. Farmers will need, and get massive bailouts, making them welfare recipients. You can still donate & give all you want to the starving children & farmer's part.
Why keep waiting on Trump to do it? You keep harping on this like a beggar
on the street for the attention that its Trump's fault..
I am an interesting person.
A couple aspects that delineate it for me is this helps build international relationships without the use of our military. And, this money going into the Argentinian economy doesn't have an inflationary impact on our currency.
