I used to live in Memphis 50 years ago & it was not quiet as bad then as now.
But now there have been reports of ppl shooting at random cars on I-40 & I-240.
So if you are there on those interstate rds you have to be aware of whose around you.

Memphis is a literal pothole/paint chips/broken windshield trip when I had to go.. You should get a vehicle repair per diem
