Imagine covering for a pedo when all you have to do is say "IDK." I can't believe this is where the right is today. Truly pathetic.

Such a dumb retort. Do you have any idea the percentage of abortions that are performed due to the sexual assault of minors?Maybe you can put your name on a volunteer list to adopt the babies that child victims of sexual assault are forced to carry to term?
Would you deny a minor who is a rape victim an abortion?Such a dumb retort. Do you have any idea the percentage of abortions that are performed due to the sexual assault of minors?
I believe in the sanctity of life and do not condone the killing of any children. There are options of "morning after" hormonal prevention and adoption. I also refrain from using miniscule circumstances to rationalize widespread practices.Would you deny a minor who is a rape victim an abortion?

Nearly 65,000 US rape victims could not get an abortion in their state, analysis shows
Researchers estimated likely number of rape-related pregnancies in 14 states with near-total abortion bans since Dobbs rulingwww.theguardian.com
so the morally acceptable answer to that quandary is to take an innocent life? two bads don't make it right. If you offer to adopt the child it makes forcing a child to carry her rape-fetus to term, morally acceptable to some.
you know Jesus calls for the protection of the weakest of us. certainly never advocated for taking a life to make another life easier/less traumatic.WWJD? Force rape victims to carry rape pregnancies to term apparently.

no where else in society do we allow that CHOICE.
its not like abortion itself is 100% trama free either.

you need to go look up my stances.Whose morals?
Yours?
Or the person who was raped, and is forced to carry a pregnancy to term because of the rape?
For people who love "personal responsibility" you're quick to strip it away from women when it's convenient to push your version of "morality".
I don't recall jesus casting any stones in general, even when the woman was at least partially at fault.I don't recall jesus ever saying that when a woman became pregnant that suddenly her life, wishes, or autonomy were surrendered to the morality of the state until a successful birth.
you need to go look up my stances.
one of the few times I support abortion is in the case of rape. I just don't pretend its good, like you are doing.
its still a bad situation. the abortion doesn't fix it. the trauma of the rape is still there, the trauma of carrying the wanted child is removed, but a new trauma is introduced. I don't see it speeding up the recovery, or lessening the damage. all it does is punish another innocent for actions that weren't theirs.
