He barely moves in that video, hence it doesn't show much of anything. If a US President has a stroke, his doctors will be on it and he wouldn't be attending public events. Time will show you're wrong here. If they announce something about a health episode on this date in the future, I'll give you kudos for seeing it first. But if not, add this to the list of the many "ghosts" you see. This sort of hallucination is common in people who suffer from TDS. Fair enough?
