Firing the BLS chief has no bearing whatsoever on anything important. It's a political appointment and you ninnies are getting your panties all in a wad over a president firing a political appointee.

I think a deeper dive into the numbers is warranted.

It’s already been done as there is good correlation between ADP and BLS. Powell is playing politics which is a stand alone issue. Your assertion was wrong as shown in the steady unemployment rate.

You're confused, I'm not disagreeing with any of the data. I just don't see the big deal with a political appointee being fired.

I do think most govt generated "data" is washed in whatever politics the person/people generating it bath in.

Your fist and second statements don’t agree. You don’t disagree with the data (including ADP then) however the BLS data isn’t truth worthy (which agrees well with ADP)

Here is an interesting video on the economy. Bidens economy was based on illegal aliens and gov jobs. It was complete smoke and mirrors. Its obvious Powell is being political

I made a post earlier showing the job numbers are done by surveys and the number of surveys have dropped a lot since COVID and lower samples in survey leads to bogus, untrustworthy numbers. Powell was going by bogus numbers.

I made very similar post. This is why BLS builds in two revisions. And even with the lower survey response and leaning other their models they still get good correlation with ADP. Your trash post earlier on causation for Powell from the BLS data is still a trash post.
