I’m not actually sure who “he” is however as the article says the EU trade commission does not consider the deal legally binding and even that idiot Lutnick admitted the details have to be further negotiated. Not exactly a resounding endorsement and about as much of a contradiction a bunch of politicians would ever publicly say especially if the deal was still in flux behind closed doors I’d guess.
