Also you seemed to have zero issue with left wing pressure on social media companies for years. Rather you simply told us they were private companies and could make their own decisions.

Much like Robert’s Rebellion, the “DEI drives financial performance” narrative was built on a lie.

The entire story hinges on a single flawed report issued by McKinsey & Co that erroneously claimed that companies with racially diverse mgmt teams delivered greater financial performance.
The “report” was fraught with questionable methodological decisions, and biased interpretations.

The most damning aspect though - no one could recreate the results.

University of Chicago couldn’t.
Wharton School couldn’t either.
Harvard Business School couldn’t.

But its false testimony served as the “proof” that DEI was worth it, and was actually good for business results.

You’re right - Corporations are simply cutting spending on ineffective, detrimental headcounts and programs. You know… driving business results.
