Just like everything was Biden's fault from January 20, 2021 until January 20, 2025.

Whenever something remotely negative was ever posted, even something as benign as Red Lobster closing some store locations in Florida, it would always be accompanied with either, "Thanks Joe!" or "Thanks Biden!"

Basically, cry me a river. That's just the way politics are played right now. The president is blamed for things which he had little or nothing to do with. Donald Trump has even contributed to this toxic climate with social media posts. He loves to point fingers and assign blame.

Was that BDS (Biden Derangement Syndrome)? Or more likely, was that acceptable because it involved a Democrat rather than a Republican?

Yeah, that's what I thought.

At the same time, not having the ability to recognize the difference of that and private companies renaming their brands. This sect of citizens has always existed. Social media exposed it and it's often been coined, "The Dumbing Down of America". 😉

Not happening for exponentially more valid reasons than our desires for a shorter game. I feel the same as you. You know as well as I do that those ads are huge $$$$ to the networks who are paying astronomical $$$ to the sports' leagues. It's exactly why the big four professional sports leagues pay their players astronomical salaries
