i have seen his show several times. It’s not been funny in awhile. I don’t mind liberal leaning shows. Bill Maher is one of my favorite. Jon Stewart had become like Colbert for a little while but has been more enjoyable again.

Late night comedians haven't been funny for over a decade. When your 'comedy' consists of endless trashing of a political opposite, you really have zero material, and a mindless audience. When Chevy Chase was taking pratfalls in the image of Gerald Ford, THAT was funny because he made the joke and moved on. Colbert (and the rest of the late night "comedians") go on and on and on and on and on... Their brain dead audience love it because they hate Trump so much that anyone that can make 'fun' of him is a god in their eyes.

And fwiw, I watched him years ago before the TDS took hold. And his "F&%# you" comment just put an exclamation point on just how low class he is. He won't be missed.

This is such a trite and ridiculous topic for a President to concern himself with, and that goes for both Obama and Trump.

I haven't watched an episode of a late night talk show since Letterman wrapped up in 2015.

I miss Dave. Fwiw, Peyton Manning was one of the guests reading the Top Ten list on the farewell show .... and the only non-actor or actress.
