President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

Biden was absolutely not aligned with Bibi. Just ask him. He says that Trump is the best US President ever in terms of being a friend of Israel's. I'm not at all confident that Biden would have supported the B-2 bombing of Iran
He gave Bibi everything he wanted and more. He and his crew went well out of their way to support the IDF. He did come out with occasional song and dance rhetoric to try and appease some voters but that was purely for show.

Prohibit the gov from making loans.
Make the loans bankrupt-able.

Give me those 2 things, and in return id sign off on wiping all the outstanding student debt clean. Be worth it imo. It’s only going to continue to get worse.
I agree with your first paragraph. However, no way we're wiping out all outstanding student debt.

I know you can only post so many examples but I'd ask that you add "taking Trump off the ballot". This was attempted by many red states. If not for the Supreme Court, would've happened. What's more rigged, banana republic or whatever you wanna call it than that?
I think you mean that was attempted by many blue states.

No, it’s not.

1) One need not ascribe to anything at all to simply take inventory of Lincoln’s actions, which were a cavalcade of serious rights violations

2) Lincoln’s own words and deeds on slavery reveal how little he cared for enslaved peoples

3) I betcha I got more skool than you
1) 🐂💩

2) That's pitifully narrow-minded. It depends on when he was discussing slavery. He evolved a great deal over time, but was always consistent that slavery would need to be abolished eventually.

3) I don't think you're smarter than a 5th grader, quite frankly. You are obviously cherry-picking Lincoln's writings, in effort to support a very weak and incomplete narrative of someone who was very complex, during complicated times.

Trump’s vow to ‘save’ Netanyahu from his corruption trial unnerves some Israelis

Breaking news…..

The S&P 500 index has reached a new all-time high. Specifically, it surpassed the previous record of 6,147.43 set in February. The index is currently trading at 6,177.14, marking a 0.6% increase for the day and a new record high. This surge is attributed to renewed optimism surrounding potential interest rate cuts, easing global tensions, and increased enthusiasm for AI technologies.

It seems that Sotomayor is acknowledging that liberal indoctrination of kids in public schools is widespread.

"Justice Sonia Sotomayor, writing for the dissent, said exposing students to the fact that "LGBTQ people exist" does not warrant Supreme Court intervention. Sotomayor said she believed the high court's decision would open floodgates for students to opt out of a wider range of lessons."

"The result will be chaos for this Nation’s public schools," Sotomayor wrote. "Requiring schools to provide advance notice and the chance to opt out of every lesson plan or story time that might implicate a parent’s religious beliefs will impose impossible administrative burdens on schools."

The S&P 500 should be continually hitting all time highs. This isn’t any major win.

seems someone here was saying let's wait and see what happens rather than freak out - now who was that?
Oh I remember that well. Because I replied to you that it wreaked of an end justifies the means stance. And before you take a victory lap … the tariffs have largely been withdrawn and shockingly the markets appeared to have miraculously recovered.

Regardless of the outcome those ridiculously high tariffs were completely moronic. I didn’t need to wait and see what happened to understand that.

Edit. Ok my reply sounded harsh on reading it bham. Your wait and see was a reasonable stance however I’m guessing you even expected big roll backs. I just felt confident enough to call it the stupidity it was at the time of the initial application

I asked a question per Jesus' teaching that you bypassed in favor of claiming that one is 'supplanting' them. Which specific teaching of Jesus tells secular governments that they should not have/enforce immigration laws? You guys are criticizing Christians, but not from within our own beliefs. You are taking your worldview on what is right/wrong and criticizing Christians for not going along, claiming it makes us bad Christians. That's not how it works.

What about scriptural Christianity tells governments that they can't have/enforce immigration laws. I can take you to several scriptures support my view--from either Jesus and/or Paul. Or that Christians should begrudge the government having secure borders?

I don't recall Jesus predicating "love your neighbor as you love yourself" with "as long as that neighbor is legally within the arbitrary bounds of the nation-state that exists in the time period in which you live."

Since you all also like to go back to the Old Testament when it suits you to justify your actions as being because of your 'religious beliefs', Leviticus is pretty clear in what says about how you should treat foreigners in your lands.

'And if a stranger dwells with you in your land, you shall not mistreat him. 34 The stranger who dwells among you shall be to you as [a]one born among you, and you shall love him as yourself; for you were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the Lord your God.'
