President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

Wish Rush could be here today to see the fruits of his labor. I think he would be very happy.

The dems are blowing up…. the New York situation is a microcosm of what is going on in the party. The left loons have taken over and are driving them off the Edge.

Further evidence:

Keep on dreaming!!

No he’s not. Many recognize him for what he actually was.
That's just lame.

This sentiment reflects a combination of :

1) Shelby Foote's "Lost Cause" perspective that romanticizes the Confederacy, and minimizes the role of slavery in The Civil War.

2) A need to vilify Abraham Lincoln, due to ascribing to #1.

3) A resentment and distrust of academia, often held by people who didn't go to college, but still think of themselves as being intellectually superior to college professors, and of possessing an insight more in touch with "how things REALLY happened." This fits in well with the distrust for institutions and academic research, that the right-wing clings heavily to. To the right-wing, if a consensus of historians insist that Abraham Lincoln was a great president, then the exact opposite must be true.

They must make a mean pepper steak.
or they don't want to admit to being guilty.

remember when all the Rs were talking about how the Biden pardons proved they were guilty of crime? that accepting a pardon was admitting guilt? same thing here probably.

I’m running out of gifs. You can try and carry water for whoever you want but the reality is college doesn’t mean what it use to and in today’s world with social media etc many are being exposed for being the what they they are….lunatics. You definitely can’t default to college or a professor anymore it’s best to do your own research from multiple sources and come up with your own conclusions. Most rational people simply don’t take anything at face value anymore. It’s a truly ridiculous world we live in.

No .... LOL.

It's a truly ridiculous world that YOU live in.

I don't know about Walz and hope we never find out, but Biden was and Harris would be completely aligned with Netanyahu. He wants, they deliver.
Biden was absolutely not aligned with Bibi. Just ask him. He says that Trump is the best US President ever in terms of being a friend of Israel's. I'm not at all confident that Biden would have supported the B-2 bombing of Iran

IKR! Less taxes. Secure borders. Deport illegals. Secure elections. Jobs. Lower inflation/affordability. No discrimination. Keeping my rights. Rule of law. Men out of women’s sports.

Crazy s*** I know. Trump may not deliver or even push for all of these but the other side supported none, just more lunacy.

No, it’s not.

1) One need not ascribe to anything at all to simply take inventory of Lincoln’s actions, which were a cavalcade of serious rights violations

2) Lincoln’s own words and deeds on slavery reveal how little he cared for enslaved peoples

3) I betcha I got more skool than you

Jesus would give unto Caesar what is Caesar's. I don't think there was one time that Jesus tried to prevent Rome from enforcing their laws--even when he was innocent and had the power of every angelic host of heaven to stop it. Paul stayed imprisoned by Rome while innocent and went through their legal process, eventually appealing to Caesar because he was innocent.

Specifically which part of Jesus' teaching should prevent the United States from having and enforcing immigration laws?

The cognitive dissonance one has to maintain in order to supplant the teachings of Jesus, with the policies of Trump, and still consider one's self a to be of the Christian faith, is staggering.

I asked a question per Jesus' teaching that you bypassed in favor of claiming that one is 'supplanting' them. Which specific teaching of Jesus tells secular governments that they should not have/enforce immigration laws? You guys are criticizing Christians, but not from within our own beliefs. You are taking your worldview on what is right/wrong and criticizing Christians for not going along, claiming it makes us bad Christians. That's not how it works.

What about scriptural Christianity tells governments that they can't have/enforce immigration laws. I can take you to several scriptures support my view--from either Jesus and/or Paul. Or that Christians should begrudge the government having secure borders?

Everything TACO touches turns to crap. Not surprising coming from someone who thinks that foreign exporters pay the tariffs!
MAGA will blame this on Biden or Hillary's e-mails.
