how so?
I have already established that Real ID doesn't prove citizenship. and I doubt ICE is accepting that. I would argue if they actually care about doing their jobs, they wouldn't accept Real ID.
REAL ID Documents you may be required to bring when visiting a Customer Service Center.

- Non-Citizens: Must submit original immigration documents for each driver’s license or ID service request.
and I pointed out how even if you were a legal immigrant at the time of issuance of the Real ID, that status can change with a stroke of Trump's pen. so its really not a viable proof of anything, which is why it was a dumb thing in the first place. like feeling up grandmas in the TSA line, I guess it makes people feel safe so its worth it somehow.
what's the conspiracy to my hypothetical? saying that the government is incompetent enough to get something wrong? arguing that a bigger government doesn't make bureaucracy any better/more effective? pointing out that the Supreme Court has ruled in favor of Trump avoiding the typical deportation process?
just because it hasn't happened yet, to our knowledge because who expects a politician or bureaucrat to own up to anything, is small reason to trust the expansion of government powers while stepping on individual rights.
