President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

Poor analogy, you can read this one on your own. And it's pretty plain what the intent is, damn the poor help the rich
Based on what you are saying, you have read the bill in its entirety.

Direct me to the page that indicates we are cutting Medicaid.

Are we cutting waste and fraud? Yes!! But we are not cutting services to those Americans who qualify for them.

That's why I keep asking for specifics. EXACTLY WHICH people will be kicked off of Medicaid, and EXACTLY WHICH healthcare will be denied?

For instance: Just say that the plan to cut SS and/or Medicaid expenses is to find and remove fraud. Well, that would be a good thing, as it helps preserve the money for the people who should be receiving it.

If passed, you will find out. If passed Republicans will be slaughtered in the next two elections
So requiring someone to work a max of 80 hours a month or volunteer is to much???

Not allowing states to waste healthcare funds on non citizens is bad???

Making the process more so detailed to ensure fraud is not happening is a Bad thing???

Lmfao. Let’s assume you’re actually right. Let’s assume they’re cutting both SS and Medicare and giving major tax breaks for the wealthy.

If so, are we not in agreement that SS and Medicare both need to be cut? Or do you live in a fantasy land?

As far as taxes, we have one of the most progressive tax systems in the world. Most of the European countries leftist admire and will ask “why can’t we pay for x like they do” have their highest tax bracket starting at middle class incomes
If Medicare cuts are forced because of massive deficits then it is not a positive.

It probably should be, but it won't happen, because it would be very unpopular with voters.

Wanna cut the deficit some. Have those making 40K a year get the same rate of return as those making 160K.

Right now, that person making 160K will put in 4x as much. They will get back around 2.5x as much per month when they start drawing...

(This is completely fair but no chance in hell this would happen)

Ive read it. Bill creates a ton of new bureaucracy.....

He needs to do that.

But generally speaking, Im struggling with how more govt will reduce waste and fraud long term....
There's pretty much zero provisions in the bill that reduce actual fraud or abuse in Medicare or Medicaid.

The mandatory work requirement reporting, for people who for the vast majority are already working or would be exempt, will only serve as a vehicle to disqualify valid participants, who can't keep up with the nebulous reporting requirements.

The idea is to make it difficult to prove, and keep proving eligibility, so that those who are eligible don't use it, or get kicked off for technical reporting reasons.

Then Republicans can claim they were all fraudulently abusing the program, and toute how much money they have saved to cover 3% of the tax cuts provided to those making $400k/year+.

Big Fan of the Apprentice, I have often thought Trump would have fired himself if he was a contestant on show. The show was a money maker for him. Those that won always put money in his back pocket to win. Kind of like what is going on today in politics along with some that serve for the fame knowing they are there for the entertainment aspect of it.

Funny when Arnold took over his job you can see the same statements in form about him that you see about the Democrats.

lol......maybe the 60% who currently disapprove of the party in power
So, Dems are in the 20% approval. Repubs are at 40% approval. And Trump is around 50%, with Democrats losing support to Trump.

The latest Quantus Insights poll, conducted between May 18-20, shows that Trump is up 4 points among Democrats, with 11 percent approving of his job performance, up from 7 percent in an April poll. His disapproval rating also dropped from 91 to 87 percent.

Who is going to vote Republicans out?

The Trump supporters that disapprove of the Repubs? (The numbers seem to indicate that there is a certain % of people who disapprove of Republicans because they're not supporting Trump enough.)
The Dems, who only have a slightly better approval rating overall than Trump does among Democrats?

When given the 2-party choice at the polls, who are they going to choose when they boot the republicans?

Democrats are so far out of touch w/america's men 🤣 they spent $20M on the subject of
"how to speak to American men". The Democrat message is what do they exactly stand for? Their message so far is all over the place especially to "Resist Trump at all cost". Midterms are coming up & they will not win anything on that topic alone.
