Still seeing a lot of stare downs by the QBs. I really hope this is being addressed, or we're going to have some continued issues with INTs. I haven't seen a QB look off defenders consistently in a season in a long time.

It's obvious that those recivers were thier first read. All those balls came out quick. You only look defenders off on deeper routes and during a 5 or 7 step drop.

i am really concerned. Does Tyler have a broken neck? Why is he unable to turn his head????

:)

Joking, but seriously, too much stare down. Better come off of his first read and go to second (or even third). The coaches should work with him to MAKE him check #1, #2 and then go to third during 7x7 drills when NOBODY is rushing him, otherwise he'll NEVER do it when the D-Line is pushing.

ugh, this makes this vol fan nervous.

On the 7 on 7 drills doesn't the coach tell them what option they want to go to and who is covered?

No, that not how I ever did them. Maybe Dooley does it different. It's practice specifically designed for the receivers to sharpen their routes and the quarterback to practice their reads.

We must be getting close to the season when we're breaking down youtube film on what the qb tendencies are.

Relax, Bray looks fine. If the first read is open then throw it.
