Was skimming their board to see what they think about the game. They don't think much of Tennessee based on their predictions.

Oregon 48 Tennessee 6 +42
Oregon 55 Tennessee 14 +41
Oregon 56 Tennessee 16 +40
Oregon 49 Tennessee 10 +39
Oregon 52 Tennessee 14 +38
Oregon 52 Tennessee 17 +35
Oregon 49 Tennessee 17 +32 x2
Oregon 42 Tennessee 17 +25
Oregon 41 Tennessee 17 +24 x2
Oregon 42 Tennessee 21 +21 x2
Oregon 31 Tennessee 10 +21
Oregon 35 Tennessee 14 +21
Oregon 34 Tennessee 20 +14
Oregon 31 Tennessee 17 +14
Oregon 34 Tennessee 23 +11
Oregon 38 Tennessee 28 +10
Oregon 24 Tennessee 14 +10

8 of 20 think they'll win by 32 or more.

15 of 20 think they'll win by 21 or more.

19 of 20 think they'll score 31 or more.

Hopefully the Vols will win and an epic meltdown on Oregon's board will ensue. Would enjoy seeing the reactions from the people predicting 30+ if Oregon loses.

At this point, I can't say I blame them for their optimism.

That said, I think the game will be closer and better many are predicting. Our talent and depth isn't what it once was, but it isn't New Mexico caliber either. We have players on both sides of the ball that can make plays, Neyland is gonna be loud early, and the weather will likely play to our advantage some.

On paper, Oregon should win this game. But they don't play the games on paper, do they?

They sure don't. Jacksonville State and LSU(despite losing) know that. Appalachian State, Wyoming, Boise State, Utah etc. also know from past experiences.

I get why their fans would predict a win and I can even see why they'd predict 21. 40% predicting to go on the road to Neyland and win by 32 or more is absurd. It's not impossible but as a fan, I'd never be that confident against a big time football school.

Oregon fans also predict Lemichael James would win by KO against his girlfriend in 9 rounds.

Three Tennessee Volunteers players arrested, charged in robbery - ESPN

Tennessee Volunteers kick Darren Myles Jr. off team, suspend Marlon Walls, Greg King after charges in bar brawl - ESPN

Now, now...no throwing stones. I've found it very interesting how much attention Oregon has gotten for off-field issues this year, when in reality, it's really small stuff to what has happened to Washington, Alabama, etc, in the past.

Oregon winning by 30 would not surprise me. It'd disappoint me, but not surprise me. They are very good.

None of these guys beat a woman, though.

Seems there were a lot Gator fans predicting they were going to "hang 50" on us last year. Ducks, pay close attention to what I'm about to say.........

You WILL NOT "hang 50,40,30,20, or even 10" on the VOLS! You may pull out a W, but you will also know that you have been in a slobberknocker!!! We are not New Mexico.....

UT does well against the spread (underdog wise) ala Miami,FL. anytime UT is a double digit underdog, they play lights out.

Please list teams that run a spread offense that TN has played as the underdog and did well against.

One of the biggest cliche's on this board = we play better as the underdog. We won more when we were constantly the favorite...period. The perception is we play better as the underdog because we are the underdog quite often now.

A little different when you are hitting a woman.

I still think it'll be closer than a lot of Oregon fans are claiming. Our starters are talented enough to hang with Oregon's first stringers, but our depth will hurt us.

Tenn just doesn't have enough experience to keep up with Oregon. Forget about both teams openers, Oregon returns 17 starters on offense. They have what many consider their best defense coming into this year. Unfortunately Tenn is in a rebuilding mode and it will be tough for them to keep up with the Ducks. Oregon's RB's are fast, really fast. As are their DB's. Should be a good game but in the end it looks like Oregon will just out match

Oregon 38
Tenn 24

Tennessee plays against as good, if not better, speed each year in the SEC. Its going to be a lot closer, regardless of who wins it'll come down to a 4th quarter game winning drive IMO. I like our slight advantage of playing at home at Neyland.

Just out of curiosity, what board are you reading all this on? I searched for a little while and couldn't find any sort of decent Oregon board on the web.
