Silly that we are devalued by losing to LSU on the road in OT, yet LSU is suddenly highly valued because they beat us in OT at home even though they lost one. If we are no good, then why is LSU jumping four spots; if LSU is so great now, why are we dropping 6 spots.

If we drop to 11th for losing an OT game to a ranked team, then that is ridiculous. Hopefully there are enough sensible voters in the AP to not drop a 23-3 to three spots below a team that is 20-7. And I'm a Purdue fan.

Actually, looking closer, this whole Top 25 is bonkers, and I'm dismissing it.

I agree - UT drops no lower than 7th. Also there is no way in hell UK moves to 1. Seth is a moron as usual.[/QUOTE]

I have a postulation.

Either we are good, and we are still good, or we weren't, and still shouldn't be.

Can't have it both ways in the polls.

Teams that beat us should not see monumental jumps in the polls at the same time as we see monumental falls. That's not possible. If a team below beats us, and makes a huge poll jump, then we should only drop a couple spots. Who we are doesn't change because we were beaten. If we were just an inflated team who's played nobody, and were just primed for a loss eventually, then fine, drop us a bunch, but don't also give the team that beat us huge gains, because the win can't have been impressive if we were primed for a loss, right?

Sorry, venting, but seems like some are suggesting just that. LSU should not go up 4 at the same time as we drop 6. That's just stupid.

Unless I'm just missing it, he doesn't even include Cincinnati at all... which is just ridiculous. And I've hated Cincy since the Huggy Bear days.

Most teams (ranked above) have more quality wins than us? Maybe that’s why? I don’t know, just spitballing.

Will we lose anymore in regular season? Ole Piss, Ky. Miss. State or Auburn??

We will definitely lose one in the S.E.C. tourney.

So, with one or two more loses, we could fall out of the top 10 in the polls before the NCAA tourney. Making us a 4 or maybe even 5 loss team..
