Good for him. I will never stop standing up for what I believe in. I simply put, do not want someone that was linked to horrible child sex predators the leader of my beloved university. He can hate all he wants. We did the right thing. Plus, Heupel is way better.
It's strange they no longer talk about Schiano he's no longer a hot coaching commodity pushed by the sports media.

Have you seen the piss poor tackling from our LBs and secondary? UF is going to run the ball on us and their skill players have the speed and shiftiness to turn a missed tackle into a 60 yd TD run. Think Purdue from last year or the Pitt 1st half this year.

UT should win this game but last year they held us to our lowest point total of the year. Now with Tillman likely out or not close to 100% and both RBs banged up, this game likely will be closer than most people think.

I expect Florida will try to use the offensive game plan most teams used last year who had a mobile QB. See if our LBs can get off blocks in broken pass plays otherwise the QB is being told to run every time. They will check to see if we've gotten better. Mitchell getting game reps last week were crucial. He missed last years game if I remember correctly.

I hate that I feel this way but I agree with that score prediction.

While it is wrong, it won't be far from the truth. This will be another
UT - 38, UF - 28 game. You see, Florida will play with an attitude of "Remind the Vols of their place." This will cause the Vols to play with a 'itude of, "Not again. We aren't letting Florida **** us again. So it's going to be as much drama as the 2016 Butch-Vols game. My cracked crystal ball told me so.

Always makes me nervous when so many Vol fans are calling for a huge win. How many times have we beaten Florida in last 20 years. I’d take a 1 point victory right now and be thrilled with it. Confidence is good. Overconfidence will get you beat.
Same sentiment here and I've said it before. Overconfidence is a recipe for losing. Just hope the team isn't in that frame of mind.

If it's that close then we let Florida paly their game. That would be a sloppy mistake ridden ballgame that UF has pulled out their rears in the past. Vols get a lead they better turn on the gas..
Last time we beat Florida was one of the most mistake-ridden games we've ever played against them. We had SO MANY DROPS in the first half, and we still put 38 on them.

Something tells me if we get far enough ahead, they won't be able to handle it. Uncharted territory. Then we can continue to pour it on.

I put more money on the Gators today. We just find a way to screw up these type of games.
I put money on em too. It’s a 11 point spread, I mean we’ve beat Florida once the past 20 years, we’ve beat them by more then 10 maybe twice the past 30?? just saying it’s a win win situation for a vol fan betting on the gators to cover. If Florida loses by less then 11, you win your money, which would be best case scenario, you win your money and Tennessee wins.If gators win, the winnings from your bet will soften the blow. If Tennessee beats Florida by more then 11? Well idc if I lost money at that point.

It’s not “we”- it’s a group of people who bought into CJH who isn’t necessarily orange Blooded. He’s a hired gun. No matter. He’s paying the bills. But make no mistake. These aren’t kids who have endured decades of suck like you and I have. They don’t GAF about Florida’s traditions or record against us. They’re just hungry and ready to play. They’re going to roll. Our loss bias is irrelevant to them.

Then what I say on an online football forum doesn't matter :)

And I will gladly lose my money

How much does it impact the outcome of the game if the fans are overconfident? Seems like a non-factor unless it somehow influences the team or coaches.
