Predicting College GameDay Visits

UM v. OSU and MSU v. OSU makes sense but it's unfortunate the two fall in consecutive weekends.

As for LSU, the first weekend is already guaranteed and the Bama matchup might as well be confirmed since its basically a playoff game in November. The winner of that game will definitely be getting another gameday appearance for the SECCG. The one I see possibly getting dropped is that Ole Miss-LSU game.

I didn't even see "St." in Week 12. I thought you were suggesting they visit UM vs OSU two weeks in a row. Please disregard my ignorance.

Guest picker is gonna be Kenny Chesney. I'm calling it right now. He will have a concert and can be as neutral as anyone ( to our dismay).

Also I would say we are about guaranteed game day in week 2. Biggest college football game ever. Resurgence of TN football. ESPN will be all over that. But ESPN does hate us...

The only thing that's stopping any kind of hype for this game is VT being unranked. Other than that, this is gonna be a huge game.

Not only is gameday coming, but there won't even be enough to talk about outside this game, so they'll probably do at least an hour of coverage just on the Battle At Bristol.

It's all about viewership. The Battle at Bristol is a spectacle. History will be made. People want to watch history being made. It's money, and GameDay won't miss it.

Any chance they can leave Lee Corso at the airport by "accident"? He's the football equivalent of Dick Vitale. They are both irritating to listen to.

Every crew gotta have its Howling Mad Murdock to make the rest of the team seem bright and engaging in comparison.

Without valleys, there be no mountains.

Corso makes Herbie cooler.

The trick is to allow him to talk the minimum amount possible and still provide this supporting effect. :)

SEC Network Gameday. All-SEC talk, all the time.

The big show may stroke the ego, but the SECN tells you what you REALLY want to know.
