SECCG UT over Ole Miss

I keep getting this strong feeling we will upset Fla in Kiffin's first year. UGA will be a close one as well as USC as usual. But look for us to shock the nation. I can't wait. Football season seems like an eternity away.

why are so many people predicting a loss against sc? have the gamecocks really gotten inside your heads that much? its south carolina for crying out loud...

9-3. I think we beat Georgia and lose to Mississippi, Florida, and Bama. Although I think the Bama game will come down to sheer will. I see us as a poor man's Georgia circa 2008, with a better defense, worse offense, and probably equal line play.

I think we have a inside shot at Bama. Oh, wait a minuet, Lane didn't call their coach "a cheater", did he?

They may hang 70 on us now.:eek:hmy:

The Vols will start the season out 5-1. They will lose to Florida and probably Alabama. They will go 3-1 (2-2 at worst) against the likes of Auburn, South Carolina, Ole Miss, and Georgia. They will beat some sorry Big 10 team (Michigan, Purdue, Wisconsin, Penn State) in a purty decent bowl. This will put the Vols at either 10-3 or 9-4 for the year. I will say 9-4, just to be conservative...

Another week, another predict-the-season thread.

Depends on UCLA.

Win the UCLA game and TN goes 9-3, with losses to FL, OM, and one amongst Auburn, GA, & Bama. Hopefully Bama.

Lose to UCLA and TN goes 6-6, with losses to UCLA, FL, OM, Bama, and two amongst Auburn, SC, & GA.

UCLA Aub SC Vandy UK: 3-2
UGA, Bama: 1-1
UF, Ole Miss: 0-2

No way we go 8-4 with a UCLA loss.
