Do you? What's the best one? I'm using Muscle Pharm Assault currently about 30 min before I workout and it definitely gives me more energy but it tastes awful and leaves me kinda jittery.

There's a weightlifting thread in the sports forum just in case you didn't know. I've used Jack3d & it works pretty good. Taste isn't bad either.

Jack3d is the best imo, if you can handle the 1,3 dimeth.

Plasmatic works great for me. Nitraflex works great also. I alternate between the two.

First few times I took Jack3d I did. I was wanting to throw 45lb weights through the mirrors. Lol!

You definitely feel it & it does work but not in a mean way. I think the whole steroid "roid rage" is a myth as well but that's another story.

I tried NO-Xplode a while back and found that the caffeine load was a bit more than I wanted. It definitely gives you a "kick," but honestly, a cup of coffee or an energy drink will do the same thing. There is very little science behind most of the ingredients. Not saying they don't work, but the research is lacking.

I have found that eating, motivation, and some caffeine when needed seem to be about all that's necessary.

NO xplode is probably 90% filler. Not the best to judge all of them on.

Not really accurate. That statement sounds as if was endorsed by the FDA. There is a rampant amount of science behind supplements because there is countless hundreds of millions of dollars to gain. Ironically, you bought one of the most heavily marketed supplements with the least amount of research. Lol!

go all natural. I don't take shat. I only drink protein shakes.

If a protein shake is natural so is creatine & a lot of other supplements. Testosterone is natural just comes in a synthetic form.

creatine is hard on your kidneys and my doctor requested that I not take it since high blood pressure runs in my family

I miss taking the old-school ephedra that was around about 10 years ago. Since they've banned it I haven't found anything that works as well. Right now I just pop a caffeine pill, an aspirin and some Bronkaid. I don't know if it really works but at least its cheap.
