The AV-8B Harrier II is a very different airplane from the original British Harrier Jump Jet on which it is based. Manufactured in the U.S. and in the service of the U.S. military. The British version of the Harrier II was actually an offshoot of the American-made AV-8B. So I don't think someone saying "USA!" is at all wrong or inappropriate. That was my only point.
Yeah and I was just giving our ole chaps across the sea a shout out. :p

That’s the best I could do. The overhang obstructed our view for all but a second or two.

Harrier jets from VMA-542 out of Cherry Point. (My son's squadron, but he's not flying.) Could someone take a video and perhaps post it on YouTube? He said the weather looks OK...they sent four jets.[/QUO
Sorry I’m not seeing this until now. They did two passes over my house yesterday while holding for the flyover.

The Thunderbirds did 4-5 low passes over my house while holding for the Super Bowl 53 flyover in Atlanta last year. I literally could see the pilots standing on my deck. It was amazing.
