Stoerner wasn't real lucky for us, when he shreded our defense and threw a game winning touchdown in a 28-24, Arkansas win in 1999. That loss, possibly cost us a chance to defend our '98 National Championship
I wouldn't schedule them. It's a no win situation. Who wants to see them play their bubble gum offense and if we get a couple or three guys hurt on defense will it be worth it? Smh
They also forget that Leonard Scott dropped a perfect and sure TD pass from Martin late in the 4th QTR that could've won the game for us, too.....eace2:
Many posters (myself included) didn't see the benefit of playing them. Our game with Georgia every season gets us exposure to Atlanta area recruits. It is what it is. :dunno:
