With the practices now closed to the media, I doubt we get any more updates.
They would have to come from sources on the team like managers or trainers who “leak” something to a media person.

The vols were off today and will be back tomorrow.

Yesterday Hubbs and Cain spent their two minutes talking about special teams and reiterating what Ek said yesterday about his squad and how they were the best so far. The kickers seem to be doing well, but they weren’t really sure who will return. Of course it wont be Dee Williams so that could mean a step back at returner.

Then they both took turns talking about the D Line and how unheralded Tyre West, Jayson Jenkins, Tyree Weathersby, and Dominic Bailey are and how much they compliment what the old vets do. They also mentioned the rabbits package more than once and how those guys should have an opportunity to make an impact there.

I think it has more to do with a specific personnel package and also what D you're in, like nickel vs dime, but I'm not 100% what the difference is. I do know saban ran the cheetah with 3 down lineman and dime formation. I think banks runs rabbits out of nickel. Could be wrong there
