You've obviously never been a coach before.

It's the job of a coach to call players out when performances do not meet their standards. Do you want him to be complacent and just pat them on the back every time they screw something up?

It's great to see that kid bouncing back. I want him to have a record year.

Actually, I want all our receivers to have record years and be on the Sports Center Top 10 every week they play.
