Our Second Team can beat the mean Green by 70.

they would easily,I'd like to see Dormady start the game along with a bunch of the back up players and give the banged up players the week end off

they should be able to get some of the scout team into play also

Here's Blair's helmet. It has it's own tape dispenser.

Why was Dobbs not in green? Thought he had an injury to his foot with noticeable limping. Any updates on him?

:lolabove: Someone said his entire helmet was black in another thread. Has he at least played in a Tennessee game yet? Good grief.

Blair had his stripe removed last year. And yes he's played in quite a few games on ST. He doesn't fit Butch's scheme since he is more of a road grader than a zone read blocker.

Wasn't he hit awkwardly in the back, in the 2014 Chatt game/one of those games? I'm sure it's been discussed ad nausea, but I don't recall for sure.

You are correct. He took a nasty shot in the back on a pass that nearly folded him on half the wrong way. He has not been the same since. I believe it was in the bowl game.

By no means will north Texas win but flukes happen. to completely prevent flukes, instill confidence in your starters and to keep the chemistry strong and get it more in tune you must play your starters even if it's just for 1 or 2 quarters. It will be a very plain offense, probably mostly running. I wouldn't expect Dobbs to run much if any.

To build a strong team, they must know the significance of playing one game at a time and never overlooking a team, even if they played a highschool team. It keeps them disciplined and focused.

I agree with you, Travis. I'd even go as far as saying that Peyton doesn't play as well in the playoffs due to usually having a top seed and not playing the first week. Players that are all in (mentally) gotta stay sharp with some playing time.

I'd like to see us really work on our passing game the 1st quarter to try to get Dobbs and the WR's in sync and rhythm.
