PPV info needed/Vols on ESPN 360 (merged)

so if i live in TN i can't order it on Direct TV?

normally, if it's on the Gameplan schedule but blacked out, it means it's available on another channel outside the Gameplan package. Not sure, though.

In North GA (2 miles from the TN line) it is on Channel 726 PPV
