Potential Terror Attack in New York

Ask the people that were inside the Minnesota mall this same question.

Minnesota gun laws are very lax, they all could have been armed to the teeth, openly, with assault rifles - all legal.

Unless you're going to blame the victims, talking about access to guns is a bit silly.

Except the mall is a gun free zone. The off duty cop that shot this guy was violating the policy.

"President Obama’s motorcade passed through 23rd Street, the location of Saturday night’s bombing, and slept in Manhattan Sunday night — but he still hasn’t made any public remarks on the attack in Chelsea."

Was he a target?

No word from the Head Muslim about any bombing or stabbings over the weekend. He's in NYC for the UN General assembly til Wednesday.

Doesn't want to comment on his Muslim buddies.

Hillary is "reading" a prepared speech from the podium about what happened this past weekend.

Lol at her stupidity.

Eh, it's my understanding the mall is a "gun free" zone.

I guess the better overall question is "How many people facing a knife/gun wielder would like to have a weapon* of their own?". I think the answer would be a pretty high percentage.

*Firearms aren't magic and merely having one isn't necessarily going to save anybody but if the time comes when it might matter to be armed you either will be or you won't.

"Gun Free Zone" - Is that by Minnesota Statute or 'mall policy?'

Because where I'm from, gun free zone is a recommendation unless it's backed by actual laws.
