At least in '88 we had Spuds McKenzie....that's it...I'm going drinking & my wife can kiss my ass....I may not go home tonight. I've had it with having to listen to Gator, Bama, Bulldog, Tiger/Plainsmen/War Eagle fans at work tonight....yeah, I worked tonight. First SEC game I've not watched since '87....most of the time in person. This team makes me sick....

the tight end your talking about is Aaron Douglas and he is the best tight end we have he hasnt got to play cause fulmer made him delay the surgrey he needed we would have douglas if fulmer would have let him have it 2 months a go

Whoa, calm down a little. Everything will be better in the morning. Where do you work where there is such a diversity of fans of such sucky schools? :eek:lol:

I have friends that are all four...kept wearing out my text while I was working. & what can I say but congrats on all of you being in the top 10...& you're still jerks, lol. Ouch, my head...& I may very well be a single Vol after last night...

Went drinking with the Auburn fan at Hooters when I got off....all of that orange & white curvy goodness helped a little. Of course I'm talking about the hot wings and ranch....

You know, Pennington is just going to give you the facts and that's all. God forbid he says what he thinks about something on the TV/ Radio. When you lose everything sucks, eh?

Do you guys think that the refs HORENDOUS calls will give Fulmer a little more time to right the ship? I say this because I heard the Georgia game was the last oppurtunity.

Which HORENDOUS calls? The calls to run toss sweeps all game long. The calls to play 10 yards off of their receivers all game long. The calls to let them convert 3rd down time and time again. The calls on the penalties besides the bad helmet to helmet call just before the half, which could have been called but was not on the Berry hit to Moreno.

The refs have no effect on our horrendous play or CPF’s tenure.

It is sad to say the Foolmer has made Tennessee a basketball school. Not only is it sorry coaching the talent level is not there anymore and that has really shown this year. He can't get recruits from Fla, GA, etc. unless they are passed up by those schools. Why would a player want to come and play for a team that is currently circling the drain thanks to Foolmer' inept coaching for the past ten years. We got several breaks or we won't have won in'98. Next year all the games will probably be on PPV because what network would want to have them on tv. The Florida game is an example. It has turned into a joke. We are not in the same class with them or for that fact most of the SEC.
We now know how Vandy and Kentucky fans have felt like over the years because we have swaped places with them. The harder like "heck" they have work the worse things have gotten. Like others have said, we probably will be 0 for the SEC this year. Evey team left on the schedule is very capable of beating this team. There are only a handful of players that have played hard all season.

It is embarrassing the way this program has gone down. It will take years to turn it around if it can be.:bad:

I didnt get to see the whole game because my tv kept losing signal:banghead2:but I saw at least a couple of personal fouls that couldve not been called. Especially the one on Colquitt. What did he do? And all of the things you said dont help out either.

I didnt see it but I heard the one on Colquitt was a late hit.
