Postgame show

Ok, I am sick enough from watching our game. See you at Neyland next week...er...uh...wait...I won't be there. Cannot take anymore mediocrity. Already know what will happen anyway. We'll have to "look at the film" and "work like heck" to get back on track and beat UGA. LOL! Yeah, right.

"you contradict yourself when saying Fulmer is not to blame, but, then say the coaches should have pulled Crompton and played someone else.
Any decent college football coach in the country would have pulled Crompton and tried someone else. That's on Phillip."

Sorry pal,you didn't read the post and watch the game. Clawson called a good game. And actually so did Phillip & Chavis.

So here is is again.
There is no way in hell I blame the coaches on this one. Like some of us are want to do.

Lets call a spade a spade this loss lies directly in the hands of Crompton. Does he speak and understand english.

When the QB seems to think he is smarter than the coaches then it is time to pull him and fine some one who will take direction & make plays.

When are we going to look for leaders on the field instead of laying blame on the coaches?

See the last sentence/Question.

Funny, now they're going to throw Clawson under the bus. Asking "Do you think Phil should take over the offense?" Where have we heard that before? Shades of the final days of Randy Sanders.

i'm not saying he did a great job or anything, but there were several that pointed out we had guys wide open down the field all day long. and once again, crompton failed to get the ball to them
If we know that's a problem, and we do, calling those plays is a bad idea.

I thought we abandoned the run too much and when they clearly loaded up for the run, we ran it.

Our pattern became run on 1st, throw on 2nd and 3rd, punt.

Well, your post contradicts itself. You say "no way in hell do you blame the coaches" for this loss, then slam how bad of a QB Crompton is, which is true.

So, don't you think the coaches might have put Stephens or Coleman in the game? They would have been hard pressed to have done any worse than Crompton.

So yes, you can blame the coaches.

If we were going to change coaches, we'd want somebody with something to teach the team- and that isn't Spurrier. His one real speciality was knowing how to beat TN, and we've got that down pat.
