That's why I started the game- helps build anticipation for the big holiday. By the time it arrives, we will be pumped.

I'm with the rest, even though I played once, I have to say this thread is quite boring. And I'm sure not everyone knows the next number on the top of their head, so playing along with another game for immediate response vs. looking up the answer. Easy choice. :p

That's the trouble with your MTV generation. You want instant gratification. Good thing Archimedes didn't have an X-Box or he might not have done his ground-breaking work on Pi, ca. 250 B.C.

I just don't get it. I started this game over on the MIT football fan board (Go Fighting Engineers!) and it was a big hit.

Likewise, my Fibbonacci number series game was a big hit on the Cal Tech Beaver fan site.

I'm a little disheartened. I don't think I will start any new game threads. Who would have thought the Count-up game would have been more popular than Pi?

Yeah I guess they would have plenty of time to think about the Pi numbers when they don't have sports to talk about. :birgits_giggle:

Good call Windy. Starting this game on VN would be like starting a personal hygine thread on a Bama board. Just not much interest in it.
