I was listening to Hyams and Irwin call-in show this a.m. via internet and Hyams mentioned UT fans calling in saying some brutal things about Fulmer on the post-game call-in show last night.

Can anyone tell me what he's referring to? I had to get out the door for church so didn't stick around for any details, but am curious.

Thanks,

I, too, watched the game. So I was wondering what caused the uproar.

Probably people pissed we didn't dominate MSU. I am happy with a road win in the SEC.

Probably your typical Anti-Fulmerites that are only quieted by a blow-out victory. I do not care what the margin is, I just want a Win.

I would have preferred to see the Vols dominate from start to finish...but I have no issues with the coaching in the game...but, I was definitely displeased at times with how poor the tackling was again. That's got to improve.

I was actually pleased with the coaching staff using their timeouts at the end of the 1st half and aggressively trying to score before they went to the locker room. Usually, it seems that Fulmer will let the clock run out in those types of situations.

I think that was great for Lincoln's confidence. Otherwise, he would have dwelt on that 26yard miss all during halftime. As it turned out we needed him.

Certainly areas we could've been better, but to start sluggishly and pick it up after halftime, I was fairly pleased.

I would definitely take a 12 point road win this upcoming Sat . . .

I liked that too, much more aggressive. I also liked the direct snap to Foster which no one could have expected. DL seems to be getting better and our young DB's are growing up.

It actually seems we are getting better (albeit in small doses) each week.

Baby steps gentlemen. There are moments where we look unbeatable and then poof...we look like we did at UF. I love the fact that we are running the ball.

...carefull now, That'll get 'ya an anti-Fulmerite label quicker than you can say "need's to work on his pass protection". :) Once again, everyone please note who starts the pickin' on here.
