That was painful to read
Got to own it and it all starts with me

Something has to change and fast -- new staff, new schemes and plays, new starters on offense -- that's what we need to hear. Our senior Capitan plays with no emotion and the team is flat. So let's do something and try to light a spark

The hell do y'all want him to say? He said it's completely unacceptable and it's on him. People were lethargic.

It's the most angry he's ever been.

Might be he lost the team or parts of it. I don't see the fire out there.... I could be wrong. I am confused and just plain disappointed. Can't get right.

I am afraid some key players have already checked out. I was concerned with our starts all year. It was just awkward. I am starting to believe that our players were pulling out wins in spite of the staff. I think some of those same players no longer believe in this staff. It will be interesting to see how the next couple of weeks play out.

Pretty sure a head coach is gonna start owning some empty seats in Neyland with a few more performances like tonight.

I don't know why but I think the aTm loss took more out of this team than people think.

How about showing some genuine anger? How about dropping the coach act and talk like a normal human being? I am sick of hearing it's unacceptable and its on us coaches. Just come out and say how bad you f****d up. Come out and say how bad the players played. Say how pissed off you are. And stop just saying you are going to fix things and just f'n fix them already. Why not do like Spurrier used to do and just flat out say we got our butts kicked in every facet of the game?

Whats wrong with saying those things? Maybe that would piss everybody off and this team will play like a fire has been lit under their azzes. But no, we get the same old regurgitated crap we always do.

I think the talent was overcoming coaching shortcomings. I also think some of that talent has realized this and has started to check out.

I wouldn't be surprised if there is frustration with the players. I'm sure some of them don't feel like they are being put in a position to win with this scheme. One can only go out every week and play their azz off and win in spite of the system before they just say eff it, I can't anymore.

I genuinely think Hurd is hurt, I don't think it is an effort thing. Something just isn't right.

This team needs a legit QB coach yesterday.

Defense did the best they could with what they have left.

CBJ is 26-20 at UT. This simply isn't good enough, even with the situation he jumped into.

5* Preston Wms leaves team mid season, wont play in 2017. What does that tell you.
