As for an alternate Marshall may be a good coach but he seems like Calipari slimy if you will. My alternate candidates would be Buzz Peterson so we can fire him in 2 years once Bruce pearls SHOW CAUSE penalty is over and rehire BRUUUUUUCE!!!

Which is why we waited until coach hiring season to fire Pearl. Kiffin didn't leave us with that luxury. Besides SEC basketball is not the shark tank that football has become.

The timing of hiring Dooley was different. Having said that I do not think it will be easy to find someone given all the circumstances, NOT JUST WHAT THE NCAA PUTS ON US, BUT TRYING TO COME IN WHEN MANY OF THE PLAYERS AND FAN BASE WANTED THE PREVIOUS COACH. IT IS DIFFERENT WHEN COMING AFTER BUZZ PETERSON. Having better facilities and proof you can win and fill arena here does help though!:good!:
