Teams like VT, Florida State, and Michigan seemed to think he was pretty decent. If you want to argue with Rivals.com, be my guest but Glennon was rated higher than any QB we've gotten in the last 7 years (outside of James Banks).

Actually, Jonathan Crompton was the #2-rated Pro-style QB in 2005, if my memory serves me correctly. Glennon was listed as #3.

It amazes me how many pro-level scouting gurus post on this board. To completely write off a player based on his looks, or on one game you happen to have maybe watched.....that takes talent!!

The more i look into him, the more i like. All i remember about him in person is this hugely tall, lanky kid absolutly lighting up my Centreville team (along with Evan Royster of PSU who was a beast). He is the most impressive HS player ive ever seen, maybe outside of Royster (who happened to play DB that game too since the district championship was on the line). That Westfields team was in my opinion the top HS team in the nation.

Bring them down here...Prattville (Rivals#10) would be happy to test them. Auburn came to town at 12-0 and was down 40-0 at half, Opileka at 11-1...down 42-0 at half...bring em!

This kids arm is amazing. He would be great here. I'm not sure, but since he redshirted last year and didnt play if he gets a release cant he transfer and play next year? If we have a shot we should take him.

Having Glennon as starting QB and Royster at RB was a sick combo. Oddly, maxpreps had Westfields 9 and Prattville 8... It would have been a good game.

Agreed...Larry Smith (PVille) had a good bowl game for Vandy and will be the starter next year.
