Getting blasted by the press and fans.coaches leaving,recruites reconsidering and the savior to save his ass just gave up 70 to a big east school.DAMN!

I doubt he thinks or thought that Steele would be a savior.. All this talk about him being Dooleys first choice is more than likely garbage... I really don't know why everyone's making such a big deal about this stupid game..

I agree 100%.

This board seems to think that Hart and CDD were basing their decision to hire KS on his ability to stop WVU in a bowl game. If he gets hired, it is because the people in charge think he will do the best job at the price they are willing to pay.

If that happen I think Harthas it out for CDD. You have to take that into comsideration that would make or break a shakey recruits decision

I not bashing CDD,but according to the quote people in the know,ks was his first choice,you have to admit that after watching the game tonight it makes you a little skeptical about the hire and coach definately needs some good pub right now.I will be behind whoever he decides,but with the state of things right now I don't know how hiring a coach who just gave up a bowl record # of points is a positive and CDD needs a positive IMO.

You don't base a decision on who to hire as a coordinator based on what it might do a recruits decision. Think about what percentage of recruits are real game changers for a program. Who on our roster now is so important that they should be able to pick a coordinator? Who in college football?

not gonna try to argue and say i feel sorry for him for the amount he makes, but saying he only coaches for a few months is kinda understating it. not even highschool coaches can get by and have any degree of success only coaching a few months per year. this is a full-time plus job. probably puts in more hours than i do and hell i work 7 days a week, 9 hours a day. wish i got paid 1/10th of what he does though, sure would be nice.

Even if they weren't taking one last look at his defense, you got to shake your head at that ownage taking place, and think twice before offering a big $$$ contract.

Conversely, had Clemson's defense dominated in that game, I'm sure they would feel somewhat better in their considerations of the guy.

I hope UT wins 9 plus games this year to see all the antiCDD folks head's explode. Also, and more importantly, to save my sanity. I feel like Rudolph, not playing any games this post season. I'd take an embarrassing sponsor bowl! (this year)...sigh, to next fall and a new D staff.

Most 5 stars can become game changers real quick.But since we see so few we may forget How many people do you know that can do anything they want legally.. for 3 years and walk away with a bonus of 5 million dollars
