Pontiac Game Changing Performance: Vote for Xavier!!!

I hate these "game changing performances" that ESPN does. They are not game changing performances at all. They are plays that win the game. I would consider a game changing performance a play that turns the whole game around such as the Blocked FG vs. ND in '92 not a tackle that wins the game.

If they get in, it's 32-31 instead of 31-30. That's game-changing to me.
I agree with you on that, but IMHO I don't think it should have had to be game-changing....That game was too close, you let a team like Air Force hang around like that they could jump up and beat you...that was dangerously close

Better than last weeks winner.

That great catch made sure that La Tech only lost 49-10 instead of 49-3.

The GAME CHANGING moment of the game last week was the INT by Air Force.

That took the GAME from a 2-3 score blowout, to a one point game.

btw, the game changing play in that NC State-Akron game was the blind ref's call on that run. The Akron dude's knee was on the ground long before the ball crosed the goal.
