If we lose this game, even Pruitt won't trot him out again, guarantee it. This game is huge for Pruitt. If we win, expect more Gitmo, if we lose, he'll ride the pine and be a star for Rutgers next year, before becoming a ten year back up journeyman in the NFL. That's the Vol way.Don’t count on it if JG is starting!!
I'm thinking similar. I abhor the thought that we squeak by an ugly win of a point or two and JG cements his position. Then we get to watch the next year of wash and repeat with JG coming back or he leaves and we have inexperienced gameday QBs to start the season.I never thought I’d say this, but if losing to Arkansas is what it takes for a QB change, then so be it. My heart can’t take anymore of this. At least it would give HB and the other QB’s 4 games of experience for next year. At this rate, they’re not going to get any decent game time and we’ll be looking at an inexperienced starter next year.
