Yes or no? Just trying to get an idea of how split the fanbase is. How confident the fanbase is....

Don’t count on it if JG is starting!!
If we lose this game, even Pruitt won't trot him out again, guarantee it. This game is huge for Pruitt. If we win, expect more Gitmo, if we lose, he'll ride the pine and be a star for Rutgers next year, before becoming a ten year back up journeyman in the NFL. That's the Vol way.

Arky is not a great team. But Pitt has gotten about as much out of them as you could. Ballpark Frank's is nearly as bad as JG but they have him playing well enough to win or at least be in games.

With that, I think they beat us tonight. I think we come out and the game is close in the first half, coming off the bye week, we should be ready and have a decent game plan. But JG gonna JG in the second half, and we fade like a fart in the wind.

I wanna have hope, but I honestly feel like they'll blow us out. After turnovers, and constant 3 and outs, our defense will cave, and it'll get ugly.

I voted no. If this game was at home I would vote yes. I think the game could be that close based on how the QB's play. Both QB's were highly touted coming out of high school but have both been erratic throughout their careers.

It's not just JG. There's really nothing this team does well. Hell, I'd be happy to see us do the bare basics routinely. Show me some blocking, tackling, good angles and playing hard. Guess I'm asking for too much since we didn't get that precious spring practice. The only thing this team is "consistent" at is being maddening with their performances.

No idea what this team will do tonight. I do, however, know what we've been subject to in our recent trips to Fayetteville and it doesn't inspire confidence. It's much like the feeling before our games vs UF. You really know what you're going to get but you block all that out and think "this is the year". Yeah...it's always gonna be "the year"....until about week 3.

I know they have played really bad the last 3 games, but good grif everyone sounds like they are playing bama or ga. Not saying they are going to win but I don't think they will get blown out.

I never thought I’d say this, but if losing to Arkansas is what it takes for a QB change, then so be it. My heart can’t take anymore of this. At least it would give HB and the other QB’s 4 games of experience for next year. At this rate, they’re not going to get any decent game time and we’ll be looking at an inexperienced starter next year.

I hope my head is wrong but it says we have no shot unless JG breaks a leg coming out of the locker room to start the game. My heart always thinks Big Orange will win!!

I'm thinking similar. I abhor the thought that we squeak by an ugly win of a point or two and JG cements his position. Then we get to watch the next year of wash and repeat with JG coming back or he leaves and we have inexperienced gameday QBs to start the season.

Arky has close losses against auburn and Texas a&m on the road...we got blown out by Kentucky at home and jg is still the starting qb. Arky should win by double digits.
